Kyorin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ("Kyorin"; Tokyo; President: Ikuo Ogihara) has acquired additional shares in Dr. Program Co., Ltd. ("Dr. Program"; Tokyo; President: Haruki Watanabe) to make it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
